This page explains what data kkdreamhome.com collects, why, and how long it is kept. We are a furniture showroom. We do not sell online and we do not process card payments on this website.

2. What we do not collect
我们不收集什么
- No payment card data. All purchases are arranged with our sales team by WhatsApp or in the showroom.
- No answered AI assistant question text is stored. Only the question category and answered / not answered flag is sent to analytics.
- No precise location, camera or microphone access (blocked by our security headers).
- No analytics is recorded when staff use the admin panel, or on any domain other than kkdreamhome.com.
3. Cookies and similar technologies

Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (_ga, _ga_*) to distinguish browser sessions. Page URLs sent to Google are stripped of all query parameters except campaign tags (utm_*, gclid) and of any URL fragment. You can block these cookies with your browser settings or an ad blocker; the website works without them. Member login uses a Supabase session token stored in your browser.
4. Retention

- Google Analytics event data: Google's default retention for GA4 standard properties (we do not extend it).
- Unanswered AI questions: the database keeps at most 10,000 rows; the same question is not re-recorded within 5 minutes from the same browser. Staff may delete rows at any time.
- Member accounts: kept until you ask us to delete the account.
- Cart: stays in your browser until you clear it.

- Supabase Inc. - database and authentication.
- Cloudflare, Inc. - hosting (Pages), CDN for product images and 3D models.
- Meta Platforms - WhatsApp enquiries you initiate.
We do not sell or rent personal data.
6. Your rights (Personal Data Protection Act 2010, Malaysia)

You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent for member features. Contact us by WhatsApp or phone below and we will respond within 21 days.
